No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Bag Policy: For the safety and convenience of all attendees, clear bags are preferred. This includes clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"), with or without a handle or strap, are also allowed. All bags are subject to be searched at the gate.

Children Attendance: Children under the age of (12) twelve years old are able to attend Vista Vibes free of charge. All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian eighteen years or older. Parents are responsible for their children's whereabouts as well as their conduct. No children are admitted into the VIP areas at any time. Parents assume all responsibility for any injuries sustained while attending the event. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is absolutely prohibited and any parent who violates this ordinance will be removed from the premises and reported to the authorities. Please keep your children safe!

Allowed Items (The Backyard Only):

• Blankets and pillows: Relax in our backyard to enjoy games, dancing, food and more. Space is first come, first served and limited.

• Playing cards, dominoes, and any family board games you would like to enjoy while in the backyard. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing items please play responsibly.

• Roller skates are allowed in the backyard area but, in designated area. Skate at your own risk.

Prohibited Items:

• No outside food or drink is allowed, except for clear water bottles.

• No in and out privileges will be granted once you have entered the event.

• No glass beverage containers are allowed.

• No Lawn chairs or umbrellas.

Liability:

• Vista Vibes and its organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items while on the property.

• Patrons assume all risks for any injuries that may occur while attending the event.

Conduct and Safety:

• No recreational drugs or illegal substances are permitted on the premises including cannabis. Smoking in designated areas only.

• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that ensures the safety and enjoyment of others

Assumption of Risk: By purchasing a ticket and attending Vista Vibes Mini Music Festival, you agree to assume all risks associated with the event, including any injuries that may occur while dancing, playing games or any other activities intentional or UN-intentional. E.G. Concert Group LLC, Local Roots Kombucha Brewery, event production staff, any affiliate sponsors, vendors, or stakeholders shall be deemed non liable for any injuries including and up to loss of life.

Parking: Free street parking is available first come, first served along Poinsettia Avenue, Linda Vista Way and Island View Way. There is no parking inside the festival grounds in the Local Roots parking lot for the safety of the festival attendees and event production vehicles. There is no parking in the adjacent business parking lots and vehicles assume all risks for any vehicles parked inside the adjacent business parking lots. E.G. Concert Group LLC assumes no liability for any vehicles parked in any prohibited areas marked or unmarked. E.G. Concert Group LLC is not responsible for any vehicles parked outside the festival grounds including any vehicles that are towed, damaged, broken into, vandalized or stolen. E.G. Concert Group LLC does not condone any such mishaps to any vehicles, but nonetheless, E.G. Concert Group LLC and any affiliates are to be held not liable for any vehicle's condition while attending the event. Please park responsibly.
